Adam Boreland

Adam Boreland is a professional ballet dancer with more than 20 years of experience. His extensive training includes the San Francisco Ballet School, American Ballet Theatre, and Orlando Ballet School.

Adam has brought his talent to audiences beyond the stage, appearing on NBC’s Dancing with Myself and the most recent season of America’s Got Talent. He also founded and runs Dance Accepts Everyone, one of the world’s largest dance communities on Facebook.

Through his work both on and off the stage, Adam is passionate about creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can experience the joy of dance. He believes that dance is for everyone and is excited to bring that message of love, acceptance, and community to the Ascension Dance Experience.

Bridget McKnight

Bridget McKnight grew up dancing and training in Minnesota, where she developed a strong foundation in dance while also gaining experience through commercial work. Her passion for movement and performance has continued to grow throughout her journey, leading her to become a dedicated educator and choreographer.

Today, Bridget is passionate about helping dancers grow both inside and outside the studio. As a certified yoga instructor, she brings an understanding of movement, strength, balance, and mindfulness into her teaching. Through her work, Bridget strives to encourage dancers to challenge themselves, build confidence, and discover the joy that comes from continuing to grow as an artist.

Ashley Ogle

Originally from Charlotte, North Carolina, Ashley Ogle earned her degree in Dance Teaching from Marymount Manhattan College in New York City. With experience on both the performance and education sides of the dance industry, Ashley brings a well-rounded perspective and passion for helping dancers develop their craft.

Ashley has traveled across the country assisting at dance conventions and teaching at festivals and studios, while also performing with professional dance companies. Her diverse experiences have allowed her to work with dancers of all ages and backgrounds, and she is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that inspire dancers to grow, challenge themselves, and continue pursuing their love of dance.

Anna Perry

Jazz | Artistic Director & Featured Artist

Anna Perry is a professional dancer, choreographer, and performer with more than 25 years of experience in the dance and entertainment industry. Her diverse career has taken her through musical theater, commercial work, contemporary companies, and even cruise ship productions, giving her a wealth of experience across many areas of the performing arts. Most recently, Anna had the opportunity to work with Reba McEntire on her rodeo tour.

Anna brings this extensive industry knowledge into the classroom, where she has taught dancers ranging from young children to college students and adults. For the past 10 years, she has served as a professor at Belmont University, teaching in both the Musical Theatre and Dance departments. Passionate about education and performance, Anna strives to give each dancer the knowledge, confidence, and experience they need to grow both as artists and individuals.
